In order to be compliant with IRCC and Educational Guidelines, student must submit the following documents to the college "As per the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005, fee refund policy as prescribed under s. 25 to 33 of O.Reg. 415/06"
- The letter of Acceptance stamped by the college
- Letter of Assessment demonstrating educational equivalency that aligns with studies and background assessed by college currently enrolled and meeting with the guidelines as per assessed course for the student visa
- Notification or Permission from CIC to ensure validity of visa in case of a non compliant program. Your student permit is based on assessment of educational record, background check, supporting documents, statement of purpose for specific course you were enrolled. Your new course must meet the same requirements and ensure consistency with visa granted
- Notarized Letter from the person who has paid on your behalf authorizing you to claim refund along with the photo ID of the person concerned
- The copy of Wire Transfer or Proof of Payment by an uthorized person
- Payment Receipt issued to you by college
- In case you are enrolled with an institute in Quebec, you must submit an original or attested copy with the validity date of the CAQ
- Copy of Refusal Letter for VISA in case student has not yet landed
