Property Management course is designed for students who want to enter the field of property management. Property Management is all about both buildings and the people inside. The student will gain knowledge of tenancy laws in Ontario, building maintenance, and day-to-day administration of the property. Student will also learn about contract, building health and safety requirements, budget preparation to optimize and implement strategies. The aim to prepare our students ready for the competitive market and develop successful to perform administrative duties and co-ordinate activities related to the property on behalf of property owners. You must be able to demonstrate effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
